1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and b665 ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the b665 platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and ancillary services available at https://b665.bet ("Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on b665 you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during the active use of your account:

• You must be aged 21 years or older. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have had a b665 account previously closed for violation of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party or using funds that belong to another person.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and update it promptly if it changes.

b665 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on b665. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. To register you must complete the online registration form truthfully and in full. You agree to:

• Keep your username and password strictly confidential and not disclose them to any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify b665 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not transfer your account, balance, or any associated benefits to another person.
• Complete any KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification requested by b665 within the timeframe specified.

b665 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security precautions over their login credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on b665 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). b665 supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. By making a deposit you confirm that the funds belong to you and have been obtained through lawful means. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier.
• b665 does not charge deposit fees on any supported payment channel. Third-party transaction fees charged by your payment provider are not within b665's control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

b665 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out below, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable terms before accepting any bonus.

6. Responsible Gaming

By using b665 you acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and agree to use the responsible gaming tools available to you. b665 provides the following responsible gaming features:

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the b665 Platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, text, data, audio, video, and the overall design and arrangement of such content, is the intellectual property of b665 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal and recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from b665.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b665 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, even if b665 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

b665's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your b665 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit b665's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

b665 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, b665 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting b665 support.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to b665's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally by contacting b665 support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body. Notwithstanding the foregoing, b665 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm. Players in Bangladesh are reminded that they access the Platform at their own discretion and are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful under applicable Bangladeshi law.
